Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on ba999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 20 times — meaning, in the above example, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed.
- A bonus is not direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Each bonus has its own validity period, which begins counting from when the bonus is activated.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- A user may not claim each promotional offer more than once.
4.2 VIP Cashback
The ba999 VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Weekly cashback is calculated based on total net losses for that week. For example, a Gold member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.
4.3 General Promotion Conditions
- ba999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- To benefit from a promotion, the specific conditions of that promotion must be followed.
- In any dispute relating to a promotion, ba999's decision will be considered final.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Rejection
ba999 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly in cases of unusual wagers or system errors. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Minimum and maximum bet amounts depend on the specific event or game.
5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

5.3 Odds Changes
The odds applicable at the moment a bet is placed are final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ba999 reserves the right to cancel that bet and return the stake.

- Placing bets using insider information (any activity related to match fixing).
- Taking arbitrage advantage through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of a game.
